1. Who we are
OrderLab Consulting ("OrderLab", "we", "us", "our") is a United Kingdom based consultancy providing delivery platform performance advisory to restaurants. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, OrderLab is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at contact@orderlabconsulting.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: name, restaurant or group name, number of sites, email address, phone number (optional), platforms used, and any notes you choose to share. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a delivery performance audit, and follow up on the commercial conversation you initiated. Our lawful basis is your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We use a small number of trusted processors to operate the site and deliver emails (hosting and transactional email providers). Those processors act on our instructions and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to serve you, and for up to 24 months afterwards for legitimate follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@orderlabconsulting.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
